Welcome to the Windows Frequently Asked Questions list. This list contains some of the most frequently asked questions that our tech support desk receives from our Microsoft Windows customers. If you are having problems with your internet connection, we recommend reading through this list, as your question may be listed here. As a general rule, if you are having problems with your computer, it's always a good idea to restart your system. Sometimes this is the best medicine. This is done by going to the "Start" Menu, clicking on "Shut Down", and then selecting "Restart" from the screen that appears. If this doesn't seem to solve your problems, please read through the list below to see if your problem is listed.
