This tutorial applies to Windows 95/98 and NT users who need to change over their outbound mail server, and are using Pegasus Mail. 1. Run Pegasus Mail as you normally do. After it loads, click on the "Tools" menu, and then click on "Options". You should see a window similar to the one in Figure 1. 2. Next, click on the "Network" tab. This step is circled in red in Figure 1 (Note: Depending on the version of Pegasus you are running, you may have fewer tabs across the top). 3. Locate the box labeled SMTP host. If the words "mail.kearney.net" or "mail.unk.net" are typed in, delete them. Using all lower case letters and NO spaces, type smtp.kearney.net in the box. 4. Click the "OK" button, and close up Pegasus
Mail. Do these steps, and you're done.
