How Can I Find Out the Version of Netscape
That I'm Using?

This tutorial applies to both Macintosh and Windows (Windows 3.11, Windows 95/98 and Windows NT) users who need to find out which version of Netscape they are using. Please read the following steps:

1. Open your Netscape program as you normally would.

2. Click on the "Help" menu (or the Apple Menu if you're using a Macintosh), and select "About Communicator" or "About Netscape".

3. If a screen comes up and reads "Netscape® Communicator" Please proceed to the Netscape Communicator Tutorial here.

4. If a screen comes up and reads Netscape Navigator Version 2.0, 2.01, 2.02, or any version of 3, please proceed to the Netscape Navigator tutorial by clicking here.

5. Do these steps, and you're done.
