support desk receives from our Macintosh customers.. If you are having
problems with your internet connection, we recommend reading through this
list, as your question may be listed here. As a general rule, if you are
having problems with your computer, it's always a good idea to restart
your system. Sometimes this is the best medicine. This is done by going
to the Special Menu, and clicking on Restart. If this
doesn't seem to solve your problems, please read through the list below
to see if your problem is listed. If you still can't find your problem,
